Exhale negative energy. Inhale positive energy. Self-love is extremely important for survivors of narcissistic abuse. One of the best ways to get started is to focus on positive self-talk. First thing in the morning and last thing before bed, taking a few minutes to recite positive affirmations. Below are some great ones that we use and would like to advise you to take advantage of them too.
Start with one and keep growing your daily affirmations. Always be positive and try to believe in what you’re saying to yourself. It will help you to feel better about yourself and bring you great joy to you and your surrounding.

- I set boundaries and respect them.
